Sanderson, the leading UK-owned food and processing software provider has won a contract to supply its Small Business Solution (SBS) to growing flavour and colour manufacturer Claremont Ingredients Limited. Claremont selected Sanderson’s food and processing solution to facilitate the company’s planned business growth over the next five years.
The Sanderson SBS system provides a cost effective solution to Claremont’s requirements with a set of pre-defined modules to handle the business processes typically required by small companies in the food sector. With SBS Claremont will benefit from a single integrated system that will streamline order processing and production scheduling, automatically provide Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation and provide two-way traceability through the supply chain. Whilst Claremont has always had good manual systems for its traceability, a more automated process will offer greater efficiency.
The company wide availability of accurate and timely management information will benefit all areas of the business and accelerate decision making. The flexibility of SBS will allow Claremont to purchase additional modules as required, extending software functionality into areas such as integrated recipe weighing and wireless warehouse management of raw materials and finished goods.
