Sanderson Enables Prolog to Keep up with Major Growth

Prolog Upgrade

Sanderson, the leading UK-owned software provider for mail order, fulfilment and multi-channel sales, has won a contract to upgrade its existing Sanderson system, along with additional user licences at Prolog; a leading multi channel order taking and fulfilment house. The upgrade will ensure that the system develops hand in hand with Prolog’s 20% compound growth year-on-year.

From a little known fulfilment house in Suffolk, Prolog has expanded dramatically and can fairly claim to occupy centre stage in the industry.
In parallel the number of system users has grown from 10 to 600.

Unwilling to compromise service levels for growth, augmentation of the Sanderson system will enhance Prolog’s commitment to its hands-on customer-focused formula. The system will provide the tools to enable each area to function efficiently, but the levels of integration across their complete range of business services gives real competitive advantage to Prolog’s clients, providing a true CRM solution.

With these new extensions Prolog is better equipped today than ever to make their reliable and enduring system deliver the bespoke functionality that clients demand.
