Kitagawa Choose Multi Channel Solution from Sanderson

Unity Multi Channel Solution

Sanderson, the leading UK provider of software and IT services, has won a new contract to supply machine tool accessories company, Kitagawa Europe Ltd, with their Unity multi channel solution.  The solution will manage Kitagawa’s direct sales business and will improve sales operations, company wide decision-making and internal and external collaboration.

Unity will replace the company’s ageing Scala/Novell system and will automate all the company’s sales operations, including financials, sales order processing, purchase order processing, stock control and customer service management.  Integration of these processes will create a centralised resource for real time company data, which will help to improve decision-making and provide better collaboration between the company’s departments, suppliers and customers.
Windows technology will give Kitagawa’s staff a familiar environment to work within, whilst allowing new or additional technology to be easily integrated to meet changing needs as and when business requirements dictate.
