Sanderson Supplies Major UK Fulfilment Company
Sanderson Support Parcelnet with Unity Mail Order
Sanderson, the leading UK owned provider of IT software and services, has won a contract worth in excess of £500,000 to supply its Unity mail order fulfilment solution to Parcelnet, a member of the worldwide Otto Group. Parcelnet who provide home delivery and fulfilment services for a wide range of clients as well as Otto UK, will use Unity to help them grow their fulfilment business for third party clients. The Unity solution has successfully been rolled out on two recent additions to the Parcelnet client portfolio.
The Sanderson solution provides Parcelnet with a centralised system, integrating all the company’s business processes that deal with third party fulfilment – from sales order processing, pick and despatch to purchase order processing, stock control and financials. The flexibility of Unity will allow Parcelnet to tailor these processes to reflect the activity of individual clients, for example managing multiple complex contract agreements, seasonal promotions etc.
