Overnight we increased the availability and quality of management information by at least ten-fold. The systems are already changing the way we do business to serve the customer better. We now know that our peak lunch time trading time is between 11 am and 1pm, so we can adapt staffing levels to match. Service is what our business is all about.

Sanderson supports Cats Protection

Sanderson, the publicly owned UK provider of software solutions to the retail industry, has won a contract to supply its Midas solution to Cats Protection – the UK’s leading feline welfare charity.
The Sanderson solution will be implemented into selected Cats Protection retail shops and their National Centre at Chelwood Gate , West Sussex
Midas will provide a fully integrated solution enabling Cats Protection to centralise its distribution centre, control purchasing and manage stock for retail, mail order and marketing. By giving greater visibility and stock control, the Sanderson solution will allow Cats Protection to easily identify areas of stock losses and generate cost savings.
Midas will also interface into the Cats Protection CRM system, processing orders via mail order and expanding their capabilities.
