Delivering a quality product
The Sanderson food and process solution maintains a comprehensive record for all raw materials and recipes, with the associated specifications and quality checks, enabling recipe consistency and compliance for the delivered product. The system provides the facility to record the results of tests against receipts from suppliers and production, maintaining a full results history, with links to the product traceability enquiries. Positive release procedures support the automatic release of a product for use, once the overall result has been recorded as 'passed'.
The integration with Labelling ensures that raw materials and products are labelled correctly, according to the goods receipt and production recording.
