Sanderson recently held two successful ‘Food Focus’ seminars in partnership with IBM. The free half day events focused on issues surrounding legislation and traceability with presentations from keynote speakers Philip Ashurst, Food Industry Consultant and John Butcher, Factory Manager for Witwood Food Products.
